In addition to a 20-member volunteer Board of Directors and 100 Incorporators, the BCEDC day-to-day services are provided by three staff members.

Jennifer Boulanger, Executive Director, is primarily involved in helping existing businesses flourish, assisting new clients in obtaining whatever is needed to relocate their businesses to Belknap County, facilitating business redevelopment, and addressing workforce development issues.
Maria Del Rio manages the four loan programs that comprise the organization's revolving loan fund: Intermediary Relending Program, Enterprise Loan Program, Lakes Region Job Start Fund, and Community Development Block Grant. She also is responsible for grant administration and budgets.
Lyn O'Callaghan, Program Coordinator, is responsible for marketing, communications, and outreach, maintains the organization's websites, coordinates member services, and supports membership recruitment, services, programs, and special events and activities.
