BCEDC Staff

In addition to a 21-member volunteer Board of Directors and 100 Incorporators, the BCEDC day-to-day services are provided by two professional staff members.

Carmen Lorentz, Executive Director, is primarily involved in helping existing businesses flourish, assisting new clients in obtaining whatever is needed to relocate their businesses to Belknap County, facilitating business redevelopment, and addressing workforce development issues.

Lyn O'Callaghan, Program Coordinator, is responsible for marketing, communications, and outreach, maintains the organization's websites, coordinates member services, supports membership recruitment, services, programs, and organizes special events and activities.
