This series of training sessions (four Mondays from May 12 - June 9) will cover not only the basic LEED requirements but also the fundamental environmental, scientific, and social principles behind them. The sessions will also help participants understand what they have to do to incorporate high performance building practices into their work.
Course overview: A high performance building is efficient, comfortable, and good for human health, and the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) program provides clear design and construction guidelines that cover each of these qualities.
