The BCEDC maintains information on sites and facilities available to lease or buy. Please visit our BCEDC member's commercial database site which lists available sites to lease or purchase. We are also able to facilitate the construction of new facilities for lease or sale with both public and private partners, and can advise on the many options available to finance facilities, leasehold improvements, working capital, machinery and equipment.
